After you’ve applied for the free service, our team of tax specialists will call you to assess your eligibility for the tax allowances. Then, if you qualify, they’ll give you an estimate of how much you could be due back in a refund. This could be hundreds and sometimes thousands of pounds.

At that stage, you’ll have the option to claim the refunds yourself, if you want to deal directly with HMRC, or ask us to handle everything for you.

If you opt for us to claim the allowances for you, they’ll explain our service, fees and approximate timescales and then we’ll get started for you.

We’ll allocate a Personal Account Manager to you. They will be your contact for your case from start to finish. They’ll even call you in the future to let you know if there are extra allowances you can claim.
